For the design of this house, the goal is to
develop, like the straw, a dwelling
technically simple, healthy and alive through
materials and techniques used.
As an architect, the project owner is
convinced that man needs to be able to
warm by the fire. This elementary reflection
leads to question the standard building
“Liabilities” which, by definition, has an inertia
heat such as a heating system is not
necessary.
The project owner then follows other paths
leading comfort, energy independence and
a “carbon zero” building. The intention is to
show that it is possible to achieve a need
