ASBN was partner for Straw Bale Training and the production of Straw Bale insulated panels in the FFG-project Vivihouse – the world’s first openly licensed modular construction system for multi-storey straw bale construction. ASBN and VIVIHOUSE invited to new workshops for the prefabrication of modules in autumn 2019. ASBN trainers were: Florian Steinleitner, Karin Julia Haas, Viktor and Gerhard Scherbaum. The modules were used in the first multi-storey straw bale house in Vienna.
